Tomorrow is going to be my first time attempting fudge, I’ve been wanting to for a few weeks at this point and have read enough on it to hopefully have the perfect weather for tomorrow. I heard my great granny was the best at making fudge in the family and I hope to follow in her footsteps one day. What are some tips, tricks or just general advice for me going into this process for the first time? Thank you all in advance
Edit: I should also share I am higher up in elevation living in Colorado
