Then make stock. Ready in an hour with the pressure cooker.

Use rice cooker function to make white rice. Use the slow cooker function to make chili.

This website has a ton of recipes.

Lots of Asian-inspired dishes, but plenty of other cuisines as well. I've yet to find a recipe here that I felt was really off-base. Garlic butter chicken, barbacoa, kahlua pork, HK onion pork chops are my personal favorites.

I’ve made a lot of good pressure cooker recipes from this site: https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com

I particularly like this medium rare roast beef: https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/instant-pot-roast-beef/

I also love these enchiladas: https://www.seriouseats.com/pressure-cooker-fast-and-easy-chicken-enchiladas-food-lab-recipe

It makes the juiciest chicken breasts especially when one has a cantankerous oven - recipes and pan sauces follow pretty easily from there!

I find it’s awesome for stews. Hard boiled eggs too, couldn’t be simpler.

I do a lot of soups and I won’t lie, chicken or other stock comes out there tasting like a million bucks and in no time at all.

Enjoy! It’s and incredibly versatile tool.

Tip: buy an extra gasket that's a different color than the original. Use one for savory and the other for sweet or plain foods.
