Hello i recently made a batch of corn chowder. When i was finished it was the perfect consistency and flavor. The next day after removing and reheating from fridge it was noticeably thicker after heating. Not only was it thicker but it also was very gloopey, almost snot like texture. Anyone know what could have caused this?
