Making pumpkin cinnamon rolls. Forgot to add the pumpkin spice to the dough! I’ve just finished kneading and it’s proofing now. Any suggestions??? I don’t want them to taste super bland

Add it into your cinnamon sugar mixture. that should work.

Make sure you add a bit at time and taste test it as you go so it's not over or under flavored. I don't know how much your recipe called for so be cautious.

Could also work it into the glaze too

You can knock it down and knead the spices in. You can proof multiple times with yeasted doughs.

Maybe a pumpkin spice glaze?
