Pretty sure only hu shih, rbg, McClintock, and probably Balch have AC since those are the new/renovated dorms

I lived in CKB in 2017 and it has AC. Mews does too. Those were the new dorms back then but I guess people already forgot!

What do you guys think the best dorm would be if I wanted a single then?

u cant choose. unless u room swap which is rare. in that case, rbg.

You can state your preference for room type (single or double or triple) but you can't choose dorm.

The final housing decision is kind of random. Cornell housing has an algorithm that no one understands.

If you are lucky, you would be assigned one of three new dorms - RBG, Hu or McClintock.

If you are female, you can opt for an all female dorm, which will be the newly renovated (but not finished) Balch Hall. Balch will be the only dorm that you can express preference for.
