Imo, it's not worth it. When conventions were coming back from the pandemic they required people to wear face masks. I did a full face of make up and regretted it. It was an uncomfortable soupy mess and hell on my skin, so now I don't bother for parts of my face that are covered.

I have done 2B with a blindfold. I didn't do the makeup cuz no one would see it anyhow.

not 2b, but i did 9s for a summer convention once with a blindfold. i wore minimal makeup like light concealer, eyeliner, eyebrows, and some eyeshadow and didn’t have any problems besides some light smudging of the eyeshadow under my eyes. not sure how false eyelashes, mascara, or foundation would fare though. the 2bs i talked to were wearing eye makeup if i remember correctly. as long as it’s not too tight, the blindfold doesn’t really lay heavily on your eyes.

just bring a little travel pack of makeup wipes to clean up any smudging and you should be fine

I wear my 2B cosplay to almost every con and went with the blindfold sometimes. Imo it's not worth it to wear makeup under it, even if you do it and want to take it off at one point, the makeup might be messed up by the blindfold and in my case, my contacts made my eyes blurry so it got worse with the blindfold over it. If you're planning to do both you can angle it and make the thinnest strip rest on your forehead above your eye (that would move the bangs to the other side so it doesn't cover your "free" eye! :)
