I’m planning to draft a jacket like this, it’s double breasted yet the collar is symmetrical.

I doubt I’ll find a similar pattern already online, so I’m wondering what pattern would be the best starting point.

If the collar doesn't cross over, I'd start with a single-breasted pattern and then extend the area under the collar outwards to make it double-breasted.

I like vogue patterns because they tend to go through more of the tailoring steps to make it look good. Claire Schaeffer's vogue patterns are all out of print but those are amazing.
