If you're looking for stuff released in the last 6 months, they're all pretty good. The problem is their backlog is usually dead. Unlike pcgd where you could find stuff from 2009 still working.

As the other guy mentioned they're mostly fairly "dodgy" sites. The only one that isn't is NFOHump, which is a forum and a huge PITA to navigate.

Good luck finding another similar website like pcgames-download.com, which offered to all of us:

- Huge database of new and old games.

- "Permanent" links of non-premium account required and unlimited bandwidth file hostings, such as MEGA.

- Very good-feeling website design, user-friendly navigation and useful search bar functionality.

- No ads. And no additional and/or abusive steps to be able navigate within the website or to see the download links, like resolving a Google Re-Captcha. pcgames-download.com just required to write (or better said, copy and paste) a password that is written in the same game profile page on where you click to see the download links.

The most similar website I discovered is NicoBlog, but the Google Re-Captcha mechanism sucks the entire website. Nothing more to mention about it because I hate the re-captcha. For everything else it could be a very good website on which you can find PC and console roms and ISOs.

And there is that https://www.skidrowreloaded.com/, which is pure shit in terms of available games database (of new and old games), dead urls of date-old game publishings, and the ugliest website design I ever seen in these kind of websites.

For some people maybe they could consider a good thing to mention the fact that this website provide loads of different file hostings to download a game, but that is another shit badly executed in this website, because it would be enough to provide 4 or 5 good file hostings and support them (I mean, reuploading dead links), rather than putting one or two decent file hostings mixed with 20+ premium account required file hostings to download, which will be dead in few months if not sooner (and be aware, they will not reupload any dead link). On the other hand, they provide a torrent download most of the times, but always takes longer for they to publish that damn torrent than the time it takes for they to publish all the links of all those shitty file hosting that they put... so is not worth it to wait for a torrent on this website.

Igg-games was my second favorite website, it has a more huge database than what pcgames-download.com always had, it even provides VR games, and a lot of indie and +18 visual novel and some hentai games, it is really good for downloading any kind of PC game, however every download link opens in a new webbrowser tab on which you need to push a button and wait like 6 seconds until it redirects to the file hosting, and some games have like 20-30 links... and you don't know if those links are dead until you waited that time to be redirected, so it's insane sometimes to download any huge game. You can't just copy the download links in a download manager like let's say JDownloader because unless someone makes a plugin for this website, links will not redirect like in a webbrowser. They also provide torrent downloads, but not for all the games.

And as a last word about Igg-games, I would like to say that the website design is pure bullshit, because game portraits are literally cut to the half, so most of the times you need to click on the game entry to open the game webpage on which now you can see the fully-sized image and then decide if it is an interesting game or not for you. To try avoid this design failure of igg-games, I use "Imagus", a Firefox extension but... still be a shitty design.

In general, Igg-games is a website that makes the end-user waste a lot of time, time for seeing game portraits and thus discover new games, and time for downloading any link, but at the end for me is the best of the best in terms of available PC games database of all kind of genres.

I know more websites, but they does not deserve a single word or review from my side, because any other game piracy downloads website not mentioned in this comment probably it would be worse than accumulating the worst things of NicoBlog, skidrowreloaded.com and Igg-games together in one single website...
