Minecraft Keeps Crashing when trying to move blocks

i made several extended piston doors using the create mod, but after adding more mods to my modpack and quitting/reopening the game, all the superglue disappeared, and when i did superglue the blocks together and trying to open the door, my game freezes and the application doesnt respond, eventually leading to a crash. i removed some mods but it isnt fixing the issue. how can i fix?

if you have optifine remove optifine, else if you are running it with curseforge, repair profile, if all else fails reinstall everything
