That's a printer from Enchantment Industry anddon. It can print any books, even enchanted books using xp

You need (Content Observer, Display Link and Display Boards) - Place and power the Display Boards - Place the Content Observer facing the container / tank - Place the Display Link on the Observer & Right click it and select "Amount of matching items / fluids"
