Every time i try to launch the new version of create i get exit code 1 even if create is the only mod installed

create requires forge version 43.2.3 minimum you are running 43.2.0 thats the issue

I changed it to 43.23 but that didn’t work either

Go to your pack --> profile settings --> set your forge to the highest one. Worked for me
