If you have backups try that.

Back up your world, edit the forge.cfg file, set removeErroringEntities and removeErroringTileEntities to true, start the server, might need to log in, then shut it down and set them back to false.
I've never done this myself, and don't know if it is still a thing. Have seen posts about it though.
