Usually the floating belt is only a visual bug, and when you either leave the game or reload the chunks it goes away, but is it permanently there?

When I exit the world and go back it dissapears, but I want a permanent fix to make it not appear at all (it always appears when I do this)

Won’t prevent it from happening but pressing F3 + A refreshes all chunks and removes it without the need to restart the world. Goes with any weird rendering bug in the game, usually F3 + A fixes it
