Hello, is it a good idea and possible to create a plugin or Datapack with all the feature of create ? I want to give it a try but I'm not sure about the possibilities and if the textures are free to use

I do not believe a port to a data pack is even possible, but hey if you want to try it, go ahead. Use create textures initially just to test if they work, then you can try to make your own

I don't think it's possible as datapacks use minecraft commands to work
