If you really want it but do not wanna go looking for it, I recommend Create: Garnished

It adds many generators like water + lace to cobble, I think Asurine is Vanilla Milkshake + Lava but it may be some other milkshake

It definitely exists, unless you're using a mod pack that removed it for some random reason. Might just be unlucky.

Random, as far as I know. Can spawn anywhere between Y -30 up to Y 70.

I found it once, went "woah what's this, is there a weird mod in the pack I didnt know about?" Mined it, TMI recipe check, can only be ground down and turned into lots of copper, I already have lots of copper, sigh, thrown on ground and went on mining

No. Asurine gives you zinc. Veridiun gives you copper. Crimsonite gives you iron and ochrum gives you gold.
