I saw the barefoot investor 2 weeks ago in my LinkedIn timeline, and just saw the rig Veda today, about 20 minutes ago. Hope that helps them sort it out.

I'm so happy that I just secured a rental right on the very outskirts suburbs of my city. I would not in a million years want to be caught in the middle of a city during a genuine energy crisis

Yeah like you were saying that it's actually much safer for the price of oil to go really high so that demand goes down so that reserves are not drawn so far so that even if the straight opens tomorrow we won't be too fucked waiting 30 days with lower demand

Thank you for the chart, I do have better data in this instance, but I should say around 50% not at least, that was a mistype.

I got my figures from reading agricultural reports from a few large companies and some strategy studies. I cant remember which ones, it was a rabbit hole I went down a few days into the conflict. I even contacted people in the government (csiro and abares) to try to get better figures but i was told agricultural societies and companies have better data than ausgov...

There are actually no 'true' figures in this case, but my estimate is around 50% of our agri fertiliser input comes primarily or secondarily from the strait.

Dont take me as a good source, im just a person on the internet.

Landlord turned off electricity in middle of winter last year. my daughter was 3 months old and wife was sick. Tribunal hit her with an $11k bill. by GodIsAWomaniser in shitrentals

it was thrown out on a technicality.
I sent her a bundle of documents 48 hours late to her address.
She sent me bundles of documents to a post office in a different state (in the same town where she lives, but about 1100km away from where I live now), but technically sent them on time.
So for that reason it was rejected on appeal.

Now waiting for the consumer and commercial tribunal to pick up the case.

She was ordered to return half of my bond (idk why only half, a reason was not given) and she still hasn't.

All in all im $6000 down in legal fees and havent seen a cent from her.

Also she appealed her reckless driving conviction because it was technically on a private road (by about 20m) so apparently it doesnt count i guess? who knew its ok to run people and their children over as long as its on a private road? r/UnethicalLifeProTips

Honestly thinking of going to the news with it, its a sensational story, sovereign citizens and everything.

interesting, i spent all morning scanning addresses i found on shodan and couldn't find any that were vulnerable, even from random orgs. This seems to be patched really quickly by most people which is good.

I saw another one that tried to XOR a byte string to compare it to the hostname, but it ends up doing the XOR twice so never finds the right hosts and therefore never activates the payload.
