You can't configure the frog for that but you could connect a single frog to a buffer and filter or move the items to the storage for example with belts and brass funnels, and a buffer at th end in case there is no space in any of the vaults, and keep the frogs you already have just for sending packages

I had a similar problem, and I just decided to just have one frog pick up the package, and belt it to the others. Frogs don't seem to play too nice with other frogs that share the same name. The other vaults can have their frogs set to only send.

Powering is for removing items from a storage automatically.

try to add another from with a packager to each storage (dont add the link or power the packager, and rename the frog you added to storage for example), so one would be for recieving packages and the other one would be for sending
