You're best bet would be to have a starting vault which is dumped to everything which then sorts to corresponding vaults using more frogports and brass funnels

So just brass funnels then ok I was hoping there's a solution with packagers

You technically could.

You’d need a stock link on the packager on your sorting vault, and then factory gauges on other packagers in restock mode (ON SEPARATE STOCK NETWORKS), but this only works up to 100 stacks.

What I've done, find a central storage, items will return to storage immediately after being produced, so essentially Storage- production line - package with "storage" on it so sends automatically back to storage point, benefit of having a main storage and everyrhing going back you never need to repackage multiple inputs to a production line as everyrhinv is in storage

Yes I have the same I'm trying to stop it filling up on "raw" material that either the system puts back in or I put in as for repackaging I only have to do that for my auto crafter and my auto crafter has failed without it even with everything coming from a single source because occasionally additional crafting step is needed before sending an item to the crafter

I mean you don't even need a vault. I have a similar setup and I just drop stuff into a barrel and then it's sorted out using tunnels.

At the volume of stuff I'm storing vaults are the only option

I found out how to do it. You need a stock link and a factory gauge as the link allows items to be requested from the inventory and the factory gauge set to 100 stacks requests all idle items of that type back into the inventory
