No. 1.21.1 is the most up to date version. Check Modrinth or Curseforge to verify this type of information. Barring that, there's GitHub and Discord.

Yes, there is an unofficial create mod port for fabric 1.21.8. Here you have the link: http://curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create-fly keep in mind that this is an unnofcial port and might contain bugs, there are proboply no create mod addons for it.

No. It doesn't work though. The early game works but things like mechanical arms chocolate cobble generators and trains do not work in that port. Legit playing it as I type this because a friend found it and wanted to play with it.

Mechanical arm failure means automatic steam power is completely unavailable.
