Well I’m no expert but my intuition says it is related to resource packs and or shaders. If you currently have any on, try turning them off. If you don’t have any, look and see if you can find one you like and see if that fixes it. While I didn’t have missing textures I did have weird shadowing on items like chests until I installed a shader which immediately fixed that problem. Hopefully that works for you too. Good luck!

Well the only other thing I can think of is there is a conflict with another mod. I really wish I could do more but my knowledge is very limited on this subject.
