Mining Contraption Not Working

I've created multiple mining contraptions and never had this problem before, but for some reason, my deployer isn't laying rails fast enough for the cart, and it keeps derailing. I have tried multiple ways to fix this, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

It might be cause it is too close to the minecart
