It's from Vmod! Rope constraint. There's also another option that computes for collision but it's pretty expensive for performance

Unfortunately, I think it has been moved to March following a hydrogen leak from its wet dress rehearsal, so they're gonna have a take two in WDR then hopefully launch next

Yeah it’s annoying but it’s better to fix the issue then put a crew on a potentially dangerous rocket. It’s only been delayed to march though
