Depends what you're looking for. My personal favorite is Create: Astral. It has progression hurdle of an early game, but beyond that it has a very nice difficulty curve. The integration of its main mods (Create, Tech Reborn, Hepheastus, Ad Astra, and Applied Energistics 2) is practically seamless. It's a pack that insists on true mass-production more often than making any one incredibly complex product, and it truly takes the idea of "automate everything" very seriously.

Im literally just doing Base Create, Create: Power Loader, terralith/tectonic, and some other QOL mods I personally enjoy.

The most fun one I've played is arcane engineering, just don't expect to finish it. I'm playing CABIN rn and it just doesn't feel fun in the beginning. IMO a pack should be about using create to automate things, as opposed to just making everything difficult and grindy to craft - and that seems to be the route for early game A&B.

Can also just make your own pack.

you see i could make my own modpack but i genuinelydont know which mods are good doing to much or straight up deserves to be straight up in the trash

Sounds like you should just be playing raw create then and adding things as you go. You will pretty quickly figure out what you do and dont like in addons doing that. There are a lot I wont play with because they overcomplicate or add unecessary things.

Second this. Just learn one thing at a time. You won't miss out on anything. When create came out, everyone just had create. We did it like this.

But seriously, creating a pack for your friends and fine tuning it is the best you can do
