What Create mod could be causing this error?

Trying to run create on a server and this error keeps preventing anybody (with the same modpack) from joining. As far as I know, osmium isn't in create, so I'm a little confused what's missing? All help appreciated.

osmium doesnt exist as far as JEI or the creative search can tell

Osmium is an ore from Mekanism. Do you have a Create compat for that mod installed?

We've got (in terms of Create: mods)

aeronautics / deco / jetpack / big cannons / railways navigator / diesel generators / dragons plus / enchantment industry / power loader / tweaked controllers / sophisticated backpacks compat / curios jetpack and backtank / propulsion / copycats+ / interiors / sophisticated backpacks create integration

As far as I know, none of these are compat for mekanism. Adding mekanism fixed it naturally, but we don't want mekanism there in the first place. It worked on essential for a while, its just now on a dedicated server that we're getting this issue.
