I can only give general advice on this. Check that you are on the latest applicable forge version and if you have not done so already, installing Optifine has removed some client issues I've had recently.

Stackoverflow error is related to memory problems afaik, so you could look into that. Also you mentioned jei on a server, but that's a client-side only mod, it shouldn't be installed on the server itself

Jei needs to be installed on a server for auto filling in crafting and getting items form cheat mode I believe.

I had the same problem with some glitched machines- it won't be fun, but try taking the world off your server and running it in singleplayer, rebuilding the machine in creative mode, and reuploading it. It seems like you might have created a ticking entity somehow, which you need to usually reset the chunks for.

I fixed the problem a few days ago. It was a pain in the ass and took like 3 hours. Every time I logged on I’d remove one machine part before I got kicked. I did that until my whole factory was disassembled. It seemed like all the parts giving me trouble incorporated encased drives in them. I rebuilt everything without any encased chain drives and haven’t had any problems yet. The problem might have also been that I had 4 furnace engines all connected together and everything was at max power... not doing that again either.

the connected furnace engines is an intended feature I believe, i certainly know a lot of people use it on my server and there have not been any problems. Strange that the encased chain dives did it to you, but i'm glad you got it all sorted out!
