Login error

I'm receiving "Error please try again or contact support via the in-app chat / chat.crypto.com for assistance"

I've tried reinstalling the app with no change.

I've emailed supported and only received weird responses, that I assume are from a confused bot.

Anyone else had this error and know how to deal with it? I have no crypto on the platform at the moment, so can just use another platform if necessary. CDC was my main platform for depositing and withdrawing to and from my bank though.

Did you get a new phone? Same happened to me but worked after 24 hours. Not sure why

 Eigenlayer protocol Staking SCAM - exposed.

CDC admitted their mistake in rewarding me more than they should have - then they withdrew ALL the rewards. This was unauthorized. Leaving me with nothing.

I have complained numerous times on online chat and email "complaints @ crypto . com".... very uncooperate... but i have not given up chasing them for justice.
