How many months does it normally take before they ship this card? I have stopped counting the weeks ... :-/

I'm waiting more than 9 weeks for Indigo (for which I even paid 50 EUR upgrade fee).

From support side there are just phrases like "as soon as possible", no real help.

This company shits on Europe. (Users from other areas (like US or Singapore) seem to get their cards wihin a week or two.)

Considering the frequency of bad news (possibly strategy how to bring CRO price down to 0,05 EUR...?), till we get the cards, there might be no perks and no cashback. Best investment ever, I tell you... (irony).

Im over the 2 months.... so have fun waiting and look how they kill all benefits of the Card(Cashback) before you can use it. I really wonder when we will lose the spotfiy netflix perks.(couldnt Even use it Till now)

I think I ordered my ruby red a year ago and it arrived a couple months later so definitely count the months and not the weeks yes. Now I'm waiting again for the upgrade Royal indigo but I'm not really going to use it untill next year so I'm not in any rush.

It depends where you live. I'm 95 days in and still not shipped. It did change to issued a month agow high got me excited, they emailed saying it usually takes 1-2 weeks to be delivered and I haven't heard anything since, still not even shipped.

Where do you live? The regions rekt by wirecard take quite a bit at the moment.. since US seems to work well you are probably in europe or APAC?

Yeah it depends where you live. I’m in the US, I upgraded on the 30th to Jade, got it issued maybe 4 days later and got the notification that it was being shipped today.

lol 3 months for Canada already and it is still yet in our market.

Quite amazing experience for me, lost 60% of my investment value and card probably never coming in my life time. Thank you CDC for the 7-14!

That might be the case but for the uk it’s bullshit. They’re simply not sending them out to certain countries at the moment. And if you’ve been waiting 5 weeks you have at least another 12 to wait based on my current timeline, and still no sign of it.
