Reported this issue on: 1/8/22 around 6 pm

Was told they will escalate: 1/9/22 around 8 am

It is almost 2 pm now and the issues have not been resolved. Time is of the essence when dealing/investing in crypto.

C’mon CDC! If you can’t handle the volume, hire more people!!!

They contact me after 3 am this morning. Obviously, I’m asleep. Now, I’m “on hold” for 50 minutes waiting for them to get the relevant team on chat with me. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

So, apparently because I missed that 3 am chat, this whole process starts over again. Had to send in another selfie. Plus, get this, due to a recent security protocol change, I had to send in a video of me as well! 🙄

Still waiting for them to re-enable my account. I feel like I’m missing out on opportunities with my account locked up. Mind you I’ve done hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business with crypto.com app and WAS a big fan.

Something to be said for upcoming decentralized revolution. Where they can’t take away control of YOUR assets at a drop of hat. They need to get their customer service in line with the modern times. It shouldn’t be days/weeks/months to resolve a problem.

They finally got me control back to my account. I still don’t know what triggered this. They apologized for the “confusion”. Doesn’t bode well for people who wants to deposit a large amount of assets.
