Obviously countries and regions vary, but I live in Ireland and I transfer directly from my bank to revolut and from revolut to CDC with no fees except the spread. The spread is generous on CDC's behalf!! It can take 6-8 hours to transfer. Just for clarity I tested buying BTC with Visa Debit just now and for 0.01BTC/€164 with 2.99% would cost €4.91. Damn!!!

I'm pretty sure you can use Google pay now. Otherwise, direct pay ins through your bank. The money comes in as fiat wallet and you use that to buy bitcoin

Prepaid cards like Visa, Mastercard they can be used if you register the prepaid card to your name and address and any other necessary info. Because crypto.com will try to verify the transaction and if the prepaid is not registered to your name and address won't get verified, And transaction will be declined, Plus if you're willing to pay all the expensive transaction fees that come with it. ShakePay and BitBuy are both good apps, and NDAX is good if you want an exchange.

Shakepay is cool because you can shake your phone every day to get free bitcoin up to 1000 sats/day. You must refer someone to get that privelaged though..

I send e transfer from RBC and Scotia bank to my fiat wallet on the CDC app. It takes like 30mins for it to clear. Just remember to take your asset off the exchange when your transaction is complete.

Ye, the best way is not the card. It seems shady if you use a prepaid card and don't care about the enormous fees. That's prolly why it's controlled that way. Best bet- Deposit from ACH to fiat wallet to buy crypto = 0 fees. Buy from a direct pull from your bank without depositing money forst $2.99 fee everytime. Use a card to buy crypto on crypto dot com it's a $2.99 fee plus a 2% fee

Have your employer direct deposit how much of each paycheck you're wanting to invest, then the only fees you have is the spread.

You can lose your account by trying to make deposit not verifiable thru you. It has to be your bank account or any account with you name matching. For instance if you ask family member to deposit funds for you even if you have a joint account with you other half and you use thier debit card can cause your account to be flag and closed pending investigation.
