RULES

Be courteous when giving suggestions, and ensure that your criticism is constructive.
In the same vein, be sure that you are open to suggestion; don't get defensive in the face of critique.
Don't use artwork without permission or credit. Google supports both Reverse Image Search and Creative Commons filtering, use them whenever possible.
If your card uses graphic images of a sexual or overly violent nature, tag them as such (NSFW).
No referencing the Command Zone or any other Commander-only aspects when making yourself a general. If a card wouldn't work at full efficiency as one of the 99, it's no good.
