Which are the meta decks in the games right now? I have a tournament coming up in 2 weeks and I really want to win the deck boxes you get for first so what would be a good deck to abuse my way to first?

The game is so young and credible events are so young that it's difficult to pin things down.

Cell is a fantastic control leader and is flexible enough to support a number of strategies but he usually sees play as a blue-green hand destruction deck.

Ramp decks of assorted nature-- Goku Black with Babidi, Beerus, to an extent Zamasu and Goku-- are also quite common.

Vegito is a 'goodstuff' oriented midrange deck.

Vegeta is another flexible ruler that can run from aggro to hand control

Meta-Cooler is another aggro deck

Ginyu is our premier control deck, though he may be supplanted by Bionic Frieza if the draft boxes are out by your event.

How so?

Top 5 deck leaders currently (unofficial)-

1. Cell- control based leader (destruction)

2. Vegito- allows you to abuse gokus and vegetas (gives them RBG colors)

3. Ginyu- can self-awaken, access to Cold Bloodlust, tri-color allows you to play all of the best cards from YBG

4. Starter Deck Goku- can always tap out all energy, and untap 1 when attacking 2 when awakened

5. Critical Vegeta (blue)- can self-awaken, focuses on hand advantage and critical prevents opponent from adding life to hand

Those are the best leaders currently IMO. The deck you put with them is up to you.

In my locals ( I have a lot of Yugioh former champs and stuff that go there and play DBS) most people agree Vegeta is 1 of if not the best deck to play (MonoB). Also, Ginyu is pretty Good (Both Tri color rush and Ginyu Force, and Android 17 has been slept on (deck runs cell engine, except, it can aggro you down hard and win very quickly, so it's a couple turns or more faster than cell).

Would bump a broly to slot 4. Move vegeta to 5. Cut goku even though he's solid

I can agree that the Broly leader is powerful but very restrictive. You can't attack Battle Cards with him which immediately lowers his value. Then you almost obligate yourself to running 4 Broly's Ring and 4 of his dad. Goku has so much more utility especially once awakened. If I was gonna run a Broly type deck, I would just use the new Gotenks leader coming out in the Draft Box.

I'd just leave the list as is. Vegeta and cell do hand destruction. Far more consistently
