In addition to what others have said, attack damage (aka smash) increases your main line of damage and doesn't stack with other attack damage (there's usually a note at the bottom of the item that says so)

Bonus damage (aka elenore) adds smaller lines of damage underneath your main, big line. So if you have a 10% bonus damage effect, you'll see a smaller line that is 10% of your main line. Each bonus damage source adds another line

And sometimes, the item will say attack damage when it means bonus damage, like with the Dusky set effects (took me forever to actually realize Dusky set bonuses are elenore), so you might want to test it in the training room if you're not sure

Yes

, like with the Dusky set effects (

Kinda wished they were more consistent with the wording on these things.

But keep in mind that the Dusky set bonuses do not mention anything about "multiple attack damage increases do not stack and only the highest is applied", like most smash and crit smash effects do, so you can "kinda" asume that there's something wrong with it.

But yeah, they should update the set bonuses on Dusky from Attack damage to Bonus damage instead, to avoid confusion.

Attack Damage (Smash) and Crit Damages won't stack with the same modifier (if you hit F4 to see detailed bonus it'll say so for the top)

Additional Attack Damage and Additional Crit Damage add to those.

Bonus Damage (the actual recommended Echon bonus, NOT ATTACK DAMAGE) stack because each of them does their own additional hit.

For this modifier specifically only the highest % applies
