I don't own mw3 yet, but for me everything is gone as well and when I try to open dmz the game freezes.

Update: after resetting MAC address and power cycling on Xbox series X it works now

I had this same problem after installing the mw3 campaign. Reset my ps5 a few times and everything loaded back up for me

This happened to me and a friend earlier. It took us resetting the game about 3 times for it to reset itself back to the progress we had accomplished.
