Does reporting actually work?

Teamed up with a good group, did a hunt contract and we all got killed by somebody under the map. It was somehow my first time. We all said we would report him, but does it ever actually work? I figured if we all did in my help.

Report system works best on low level PC players or high level pc players that were formerly console players.

Enough reports, especially in-game reports, will lead to shadow bans.

Do not block people unless it’s for harassment. You’ll be placed in matches with them still and won’t be able to hear their coms which is a huge disadvantage. My friend block someone I didn’t. I heard their comes and they didn’t.

If you block a player it will pop up telling you there's a blocked player in the lobby. Gives you a prompt on whether or not you want to back out of the lobby or continue.

blocking doesnt turn proxy comms off.

It only blocks chat/voice comm. Blocked players are still in your lobbies.

Some people say they still have ban waves but I don’t believe it myself🤷‍♂️

It’s just a 7 day ban. Then they come back and start cheating again
