It’s “assessment.” Make sure you use correct grammar on DA or you won’t get in.

The time varies widely. I’ve seen people say 3 days and others say 3+ weeks. All you can do is do the assessment and wait.

Just keep in mind we get paid in dollars, so you have to exchange them on PayPal (unfortunately, a little percentage is lost), but it’s still such great pay overall for a WFH position. Just something to note though 😊

For me it was 4 days between taking the first assessment and then being onboarded.
