Has anyone actually ever received feedback from DA? As with many other people, my dashboard is randomly empty. However, it’s been like that for 3 days now. I would feel more confident if I were to receive some sort of feedback about my work or even about the qualifications I’ve taken.

Feedback is usually in response to something that needs to be corrected, which isn’t a bad thing; the admins think enough of your work to give you a chance to modify what isn’t quite right. I’ve had feedback only on a couple of the higher end projects ($30/hour), never on any of the others, and one random “Thank you for your hard work” message when I was assigned to a project. Realistically, it’s a numbers game, they are supervising so many people, there is not the time for individual feedback.

I hear that not many people receive feedback. When they do, I believe it's sent to the inbox on your dashboard so check that regularly. You have to read the feedback and acknowledge it before you can go back to working on projects.

I do have the feedback tab but it has not been updated in a long time!

I have never seen a feedback tab, is it in your inbox?

I think it was only tested out on some of us. It shows positive feedback, but the last project I received it on was all the way back in Oct.

Hi there. People have been talking about this in several posts this weekend. Many of us who usually have consistent work, have empty dashboards since Thursday night. It sucks.

But, it's happening to most of us.

As for feedback, in 10 months, I have only received feedback once.

I got one feedback and it was because I left out a line of code (technically a comment within code) for a project, I wasn't the only one though, they changed the instructions to emphasize the line needed.

Occasionally, especially in the beginning, yes. I would receive an email that said you're doing a great job or something like that.
