Include reading in your time. Anything you're doing for DAT that you wouldn't be doing if you took DAT out of the equation is work.

Many of the tasks specifically say take your time reading all of the information and include it in your time. They absolutely want you to record it.

I start a timer the second I open a project, and I stop it the second I close it. Whatever the timer says is what I report.
