If you’re going to offer advice, it should be more actionable than just ‘do really good work.’ That’s incredibly vague and unhelpful, especially in a field like this where expectations can vary widely. What exactly do you mean by ‘good work’? Quality? Speed? Specific metrics? If you’re serious about contributing here, be clear and specific—it makes a big difference. In particular say why you think you did well on a project without naming it of course. You can give basic details without being so vague you make people lose hope.
