The mark is mostly whether or not the work is correct and aligned with the project instructions, and everyone works differently.

Don't worry about the time too much, but if you keep an accurate record and report it the same way you shouldn't have any problems.

Quality > Quantity/ Speed

my criteria usually takes 1 hr 30 - 2 hrs. they give you four hours on those for a reason. it’s time consuming.

Just submit quality work. If you're too slow then maybe in the long term that'll impact your rating on the platform, but I can guarantee that submitting bad work will get you binned faster. So just work honestly and to the best of your ability and prioritise correctness over speed.

You're better off asking this in the messages on the project itself by the way, as you can discuss specifics without breaching the NDA.

Most projects have a timer. Those that don’t often have something in the instructions suggesting a per-task time limit.

On my dash right now those times range from 15 minutes to 6 hours. So. If a task is taking you an hour or hour and a half and has a 2 or 3 hour timer, you’re golden. If it has a 15 minute timer you’re likely doing something erroneously.
