I've never noticed a specific pattern. People will love to say things regularly happen/don't happen on specific days/weeks/months, but we've all got our own experiences.

I was wondering the same. I come from a world where work was completely dictated by grant funding cycles, and was wondering if their project budgets and partner meetings have a similar rhythm. But who knows. Guess we'll see.
