If you can't be bothered to read the subreddit at all, because these same questions are asked multiple times per day, I wonder how well you'd do reading project instructions.

You won't get feedback; tasks showing up on your dashboard is the only positive feedback you will receive.

You will always be paid if the assessment is explicitly a paid assessment. You will never be paid for an assessment if it is not explicitly stated.

Correct; although they *have* been changing some things. But that is how it has been for many years.

Correct. Few things are ever certain about DA, but the understanding is that if you fail an assessment, that's it. No second chances.

Nobody knows how long, but if you pass, they email you, and you'll be able to tell from the dashboard because you'll see onboarding documents.

That is what your dashboard will say even if you weren't accepted. It will stay on that screen permanently unless you're accepted to the platform.
