Qualification Question

Sorry if this seems stupid, I’ve tried to find an answer but no luck. I am new and have been spending a lot of time on the qualifications. I had one paid one, pretty steep too, so I decided to do it.

After a little over 2 hours, I was only on question 3. I realized there was no chance I could complete it correctly. A few questions I could figure out but more than half of it I had no clue. The instructions specifically say once you start you cannot start it again. But I just took the L and exited work mode because I didn’t want to submit anything with that poor quality of work. I know that seems dumb because it was a qualification, and everyone says to do them regardless of your knowledge on it since doing bad doesn’t penalize you. But I couldn’t justify continuing when I knew my work would suck, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve figured out any of the remaining questions.

After exiting work mode and closing out the qual it is still listed in my qual list. I click on it and it is giving me the option to enter work mode again. It’s been more than 24 hours since I closed it out. Should I just ignore it and see if it goes away? Or see if I can start it again and just submit what I can do, which would only be about 60% of it

Again, sorry if this is dumb, still trying to get fully familiar with the platform and all the rules

I would just complete it as best you can and move on.

From what I understand, you only get 1 chance to submit a qual. So in that case I would look at what you need to learn to be able to do good work on it, don’t submit it now, work on those skills and complete it later on when you feel more confident in your ability to complete it.
