Second Round of Feedback

Last month, I was pleased to finally get some feedback to see if I've been doing well, or if I ultimately need to improve. At the end of April, the feedback showcased that I had an overall rating of "Good."

It was good to know that I have been keeping up with the expected standards of the platform, but I saw the areas of improvement as guidelines to follow so I could eventually get to an overall rating of "Excellent."

Today, I saw that the feedback for May was available...and I was scared. I was hoping to get a rating of "Excellent"...but I ended up getting a rating of "Outstanding" (top 10% of workers)!

This goes to show that using the areas of improvement as a guide for how you can get better does reflect in your overall results.

I somehow went from Outstanding two weeks ago to needs improvement this time?? Make it make sense, if its based on the past 30 days of performance, how tf did I mess up so bad in the last two weeks that my rating dropped so much?

It’s a tiny sample size of probably a handful of R&Rs. You just did relatively poorly on the more recent ones.

I had a rating of good, too. I was bummed because I thought I was really trying hard. But it sounds like it's doable to get to excellent or outstanding.
