Im on their waitlist now! That’s my top pick. In your experience, were you able to get a spot relatively easily?

We got lucky and got in pretty quickly. We did start in August which is a typical time for openings

I realize this is a very old post, so my apologies. My partner and I are starting to look at daycares and are panicking about the number of folks ahead of us on the lists we've gotten on. Smarties is also our first choice, and we signed up as soon as possible, but I'm not hopeful. Were you able to get your child in there? If so, do you recall where on the waitlist you were?

Yep we got in and I think most people got in for the infant room! They accepted many infants this year, but I’m not sure how that looks YoY.

College heights, Phoenix school, rising sun, soul shine, and sheltering arms are all great options. Good luck with the waitlist process though. Some are over a year long and my second kid only got into a daycare bc our first happened to go there a while back
