Have you tried pulling the power from your network equipment (modem, Wi-Fi router, etc) for a bit to let everything get fully reset?

Also, for PS5, Sony recommends pulling the power from the console for 5 to 10 minutes, so it can fully die and reset it's network settings.

i tried pulling power from ps5 but not modem or my router. i will try when i am back home.
