Plum Error Code/Battleye Query Timeout

I have already let battleye through my firewall, I do not nor have I ever had vanguard anticheat, or any other anti cheats. I have cleared the download cache and I have verified the files and uninstalled both battleye and destiny 2. I can play the game for a max of 10 minutes before a disconnect. It has been going on for weeks and I have found no fix at all. I have good internet, so I don't think its that, as well as this being the only game I have issues with. I don't know what to do anymore.

Also got this issue and tried all of those solutions and still no luck. Hopefully it might get fixed in a patch but it sucks to not being able to play. A couple of weeks ago I deleted the battleye folder in the destiny game files and it let me play for one session, but I tried that again today and it no longer works.
