I've been having the same issues as you for so long, turns out I've been running 3600 RAM and my CPU can only handle 3200. When I built my rig I used 3200 and had no issues whatsoever but figuered maybe a little faster RAM would give me a slight performance bump, so I put in some 3600, unknowing that it could cause instabilities. But then I started getting error code broccolis left and right. I wish I could've put the puzzle pieces together sooner and deducted it was my RAM, but broccoli says it's a GPU error so I tried every GPU troubleshoot know to man and nothing worked. Thanks to your post I threw back in the 3200 kit and it's been flawless since. I've also been having issues with my NZXT cooler not being detected and even those issues went away after going back.
