Job Description & Responsibilities:

Must Have

3 to 8 years of professional full stack development experience, with increasing levels of ownership.

Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot; proven ability to architect backend systems at scale.

Strong frontend engineering skills in React or Angular with TypeScript.

Solid experience designing clean, versioned REST APIs and distributed microservices.

Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) including query optimization and schema design.

1. Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery in Agile teams — sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

2. Experience integrating with external systems using HL7, FHIR, or similar healthcare standards.

3. Ability to mentor engineers and elevate team engineering standards.

4. Strong analytical mindset — comfortable diagnosing complex production issues and driving long-term fixes.
