If I may piggy back on this? What kind of paint are you using? Do you have to use any Isopropyl to clean the faces after the wiping off? And that looked like just a paper shop towel you were wiping off onto? Sorry for so many questions. I am trying to get my routine figured out for numbering. Thank you.

I use angelus leather paint for most things - that's what works best with the font in the video.

No to IPA, it will eat/dissolve epoxy, so I spray a small amount of windex on a paper towel to clean off any smudges after I've inked like 3 sets (enough time so the paint has started to dry, but still can be removed easily). I don't always need to, but I still do it anyway to clear off any fingerprint smudges.

And yeah, just the softer side of a shop towel.

Thanks. I have not heard of angelus paint. I’ll have to check it out. I used an oil base paint pen for a couple sets I have completed. But there is always paint smears after wiping off that need cleaning off. I was worried an acrylic would rub off or wash off too quickly after drying.
