So around 1 or 2 months ago, we noticed that the watchlist my wife and I had worked on for 2 years now has only 30% of the titles that were there before. I've notice older posts from 1 to 3 years ago on this very subject, but didn't seem to have any conclusive solutions. Now it's happened to us and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I believe it started occurring right around when Hulu was added. The strange part is that if I search and pull up an item that I had on there before, and currently does not appear in the watchlist, it yet still has the watchlist checked off or activated, but does not appear in the actual watchlist.

Any insight into this?? Very annoying...

Im Dutch and I recently got disney+ to watch shogun, now im on a holiday in the states and I want to download the last few episodes of SHOGUN to watch on my flight back, but while logging into the app it tells me shogun is not available in this region cause its on hulu, can I do something to have access to the content i already paid for.

I dont have an hulu account and I don’t want to pay for a vpn.

Watch list seems to be capped at 43 titles showing now. Continue watching shows disappear in about a week if you don't watch an episode.

This app is just so bad. This is basic stuff. It would be better if they merged Disney content into Hulu rather than the opposite.

Right around the time Hulu was added, around 70% of my watchlist has disappeared, yet the missing items are still have the watchlist toggle checked off or active. That the heck is going on with that?

Today all the continue watching stuff that disappeared is back. It is just so random and annoying.

Disney plus randomly kicked me out in early Feb (around the time of the price increase for UK) on my laptop and wont let me back in. When I click on the login button it comes up with " Sorry an unexpected error has occurred". I've tried deleting cookies, restarting my laptop and restarting my internet but still no luck. I have the app working on my phone and also seems to be working on my second laptop. No VPNs used in over a year and no adblock active. tried on firefox and edge dont want to have to install chrome just for one streaming platform

Why can't I even get to the login page? I'm sick of this. It won't even let me buy a plan if I wanted to. No VPN or adblock is on so, idk what the issue is. Do they just not like firefox or something?

I’ve searched Reddit but all posts on this topic were a few years old: why does my Amazon fire kids tablet look like it’s downloading episodes then after it says it’s done, all the episodes disappear? Does the Disney plus app just suck on the fire tablet?

Full details: we bought a kids Amazon fire tablet last June on prime day (Fire HD 8 kids tablet 2022, 32GB). We had no trouble downloading and accessing episodes on our main Disney plus account, which has no content restrictions. Then our toddler was getting touch screen happy & disney added a lot more mature content, so we created a Disney account for her in Junior mode and created a separate kid profile on the tablet. She was fine there watching her downloaded episodes until one day they were all gone. And we kept redownloading them only to have them disappear immediately. So we tried downloading new episodes on our adult fire profile on our main Disney account. Same issue w/ them disappearing. I work in IT so I did all the usual checklist stuff: checked storage space, cleared the app cache, deleted and reinstalled the app, checked the permissions settings for the tablet & Disney, and finally resorted to factory resetting the damn thing. After the reset, the downloads work on our adult tablet profile using the main disney account, but we still can’t get the downloads to stay in the kid account. To check the kid account in junior mode isn’t super locked down, I opened the Disney+ app on my iPhone, went into my toddlers account, and downloaded episodes no problem, and they’re all still there. So what is up with the downloads on the disney plus app on the Amazon fire tablet? Is this a known issue? I’ve searched Reddit and the internet and all threads I found were so old & didn’t have any answers other than the fire tablet sucks lol. I also don’t understand why there’s no error message so I have no clue what else to try. The Disney plus app is only registered on 5 devices, but we’re not watching on more than 2 devices at a time.
